ECS return charges due to wrongly sending ECS request

I had applied for EMI moratorium as per the RBI guidelines and the same was accepted. Still, there were ECS requests for the EMI’s which were rejected due to insufficient funds. Attaching the proofs of moratorium request as well as the ECS return charges deducted from my account. Request you to kindly refund that amount as it was wrongly deducted.
