Wrongly charge high amount processing fees and insurance

Dear sir .

I take home loan of 30 lacs from bajaj .
While taking loan they dont share any details of processing charges and insurance and suddenly i found that my Bajaj prtal registered with amount of 1.91 lacs. And emi start with amount of 2090.so many complaints i registered but still no solution
