Subsidy on home loan

I am resident of ahmedabad ggujarat

We have taken a loan from hinduja housing finance in 2018 , so as per the govt policy we are eligible for subsidy under pradhan mantri awas yojna

So it is the responsiblity of finance company to do all the procedures regarding the same

But they uploaded the document after years of taking loan that is on june 2020 , they have done this bcoz they were getting higher interest and for 2 long years we have been burdened with higher amount of interest , we do have everything in email for constant follow up , but they were not responding at all

Still we have not rcd our subsidy though if done through normal procedure we would have rcd it in 3-5 months

So need your help on this matter
