Laptop purchased through Flipkart.

I had Purchased a item (DELL Laptop) which is received by me on 08-01-2015 invoice number F0CKWDEL16-6083 Dated 07-01-2016 for Rs 17990 Product name: Dell Inspiron 3551 Notebook (PQC/ 4GB/500GB/ Ubuntu) (X560139IN9)1. [IMEI/Serial No: 35WQH52].

when it has received to me this Product has several issues faces by me which are as follows.

1. This laptop does not have CD/DVD Rom or writer, Which is essential for my day to day work and also the basic need in offices (also which is not mentioned in specification)

2. Its Operation System Ubuntu has not been friendly to use,

3. Camera mentioned in Specification is HD camera is not HD But a Basic camera, which pixels are burst.

When i raise request regarding this over the phone, the concern person tells me that for Point No 1 and 2 We had mentioned in specification regarding this (However it is not mentioned in specification mentioned in website) further for point no 3, Pixels are burst because of this laptop has 15.6 inches screen and camera resolution has less than laptop screen resolution, i.e. camera is HD but due to laptop screen resolution higher than webcam pixels are burst. therefore it cant be returned,

I had made several communication to them but they had not agree to take back or replace/ refund the amount to me.
