Laptop under warranty - ASUS

Dear Sir,
I had bought ASUS laptop from PAN Computer & Peripherals, Shakarpur, Delhi -110092 on 30th March, 2014. It crashed in Feb, 2015. It was under warranty. My all data and images of my family were there in the laptop and I do not have backup of those as I was never told by the company that data backup has to be taken. I am following up with ASUS since Feb 2015.
I checked with data recovery company and they quoted me about Rs. 33,000 for data recovery.
Now, I want ASUS to pay this amount to recover my precious data as the laptop was under warranty. However, they are ready to change the crashed hard disk of the laptop but ready to take responsibility of data recovery.
My point is that data would not have lost if laptop was of good quality and would not have crashed within one year of purchase so ASUS should be responsible for the same.
It has been so long for me to follow up with the company. These companies always take benefit of people being busy and do not respond to their queries properly.
I am loosing a lot of my time following up with them. And, now they are giving me a deadline to accept only new hard disk while I want them to arrange for data recovery as well.
Requesting you to kindly advise on the same. I'll be really very grateful to you.
