I could not use this laptop even for an hour, it has been one and half month now that I bought this laptop. Despite of lodging the complaint several times (Complaint No-7007004899), the problem is not solved and the laptop is not switching on. the company assured me that technician will visit and solve the problem whcih never happened. my personal work and project have suffered because of this, for the past one and half month I was mentally tormented. Now I simply want my money with penalty from the company. whenever I am calling the company they are putting my call waiting for one hour without even replying back. if at all they pick up the phone, they were able to provide any solution to my problem.
