Replace or refund my amount DELL Laptop

I had Purchased a item (DELL Laptop) which is received by me on 08-01-2015 through flipkart App.This Product has several issues faces by me which are as follows.

1. This laptop does not have CD/DVD Rom or writer, Which is essential for my day to day work and also the basic need in offices,further it has not mention in specification mentioned in website for non-availablity in laptop.

2. Its Operation System Ubuntu has not been friendly to use,

3. Camera mentioned in Specification is HD camera is not HD But a Basic camera. as its pixels are not good.


When i raise request regarding this over the phone, the concern person tells me that for Point No 1 and 2 We had mentioned in specification regarding this (however not mentioned in specification for point 1)and for point number 3 HD camera does not mean its pixels are sharp, as the laptop screen is more than HD pixels therefore Our HD camera shows low quality. therefore it cant be returned,
