Complaint against HP regarding replacement of laptop

I am facing an issue in my laptop (battery icon disappears sometime from taskbar), I've visited the HP service center many times and they do nothing instead of windows change. After 4 times of repairing I still getting the same issue. I told the service center and as well as customer care of HP support to replace the laptop, because if an authorised engineer repaired the product and the problem still persist then it means it's a manufacturing default and the product should be replace. And one more thing, there is no battery hardware issue and battery report is attached with this case.
