Dear Sir,

with due respect , i want to inform you that we had purchased the Laptop on line from amazone.in on 09-08-2017 with order number 40352307903697944, Invoice No- HYD8386980 & Price Rs45991/ & configurations are
Dell Vostro 3568 15.6-inch Laptop (7th Gen Core i5-7200/8GB/1TB/Windows 10 Home/2GB Graphics), Black
• 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-7200 7th Gen processor
• 8GB DDR4 RAM
• 1TB 5400rpm Serial ATA hard drive
• 15.6-inch screen, AMD Radeon R5 M315 2GB Graphics
• Windows 10 Home operating system
• 2.3kg laptop
• Anti glare display
After receiving Laptop as it did not switch on. we have called up to dell customer care as he confirmed that there is need of repairing the Laptop accordingly we called up to amazone concern person as they told that Laptop cannot be changed & amount will not be refunded.
