Defected Item Sold to me by DELL

Laptop Complaint Complaint Date: June 1, 2016
I purchased DELL laptop few months back.
From beginning it having problems, It is not working fine. Now 2 -3 days back it's screw fall down automatically.
I also complaint to DELL but instead of replacing it they are making excuses.
