Online flipkart brought a laptop they send it with an internal password

i brought from online flipkart store an acer e 15 celeron dual core 4th gen laptop with bajaj finance card on EMI.
it was delivered on 18th march.
but when i open it it was not working it was asking some password .
i called flipkart and acer they ask me to visit the acer laptop service center in chandigarh .
acer center said they will remove the password only on chargeable basis of rupees 1000 to 2000
i said to them this laptop is new and i have purchased it with one year onsite warranty from flipkart .
they said that i must ask flipkart to remove this password .
i came back and called flipkart they again asked me to visit service center but the service center again denied me of any help.
i call again to flipkart and ask them that i want to return the laptop they said that they cant return my laptop because i have already cross the ten days which is against their policy of return .
now i am so discouraged and harassed.
what shall i do with this laptop its not working at all
i cant install window because of this password problem
they are not helping me .
so its my kind request to jago grahak to help me out in this issue because this coming month ( 5th of may) they are going to deduct the first EMI from my account so kindly stop them doing that .because the product i have received is just useless for me .
