COMPLAIN AGAINST LENOVO FOR NOT PROVIDING SERVICE

Laptop Complaint

I have purchased a lenovo ideapad laptop (Model: Lenovo ideapad s340-14IIL) 81WJ004JIN on 1st July 2020 from Sharda Computers and Peripherals (Authorised Lenovo Store). Also, with the laptop I purchased additional 3 years warranty which included accidental and premium care for 1 year. Then in August I faced some camera and hinges issue in my product and talked about same in the customer care. After calling them for about 10-15 times in a row they picked up my call and registered my complaint and told me that I would be looked after soon. The first time I registered my complaint was on date : 22 August 2020 (ID: 8015660784).
Also, they remote controlled my device and checked all the devices and everything was fine with the softwares and drivers. And they informed me that soon the technical person will reach out to my location and solve the issue.
I also informed them due to the COVID situation world wide everything is based from digital devices, work from home and online teaching is been done. My exams were from 15th September 2020, and for my exams I need to have webcam onn.
No action was taken.
Since then I am calling premium care daily around 10-15 times and mostly it is unreachable.
Then again I had word in Lenovo on 8 September 2020 , they again registered my complaint ID(8015737655) and told me that it would be fixed soon. They asked me to send the video of the problem faced by me i.e. of hinges and camera. I mailed the video to
(ksharma6@lenovo.com).
No action has been taken yet and I am facing so much difficulty in my exams and also I have visited the store they also filed complaint but no action. The salesman said I am not able to reach lenovo. And no one is looking after the issue.
Waste of money buying lenovo.
