Zaakpay PG Ticket cancelled but refund not credited in my account

I had cancelled my ticket. But refund not credited in my bank account. It shows refunded (bank name - zaakpay PG). Transaction I'd also showing. But refund had not been credited in my bank account.
Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    Hi ,
    This is Sumon, booked ticket on 22nd Oct
    , Paid amount Rs. 3150 using SBI DEBIT card.
    Amount debited but neither confirmation ( showing payment pending) nor pnr number given. Even could not cancel to claim the refund.
    Please check all this attached snap and share me details either for booking confirmation or refund procedure.
    Bank statement also attached herewith.
