I was travelling on the train Jhelum Express From Raja Ki Mandi Station to Hazrat Nizamuddin with a General ticket(5520 dated 13/04/2016. A ticket Inspector as Named Arora have fined me of Rupees 300 More rupees is it Justified. I was not without ticket.Take this matter Seriously. I Professor In a University always ready to pay excess amount as per the rules
