Refund request denied by IRCTC

This complain is regarding the Cancellation request for ticket with PNR-6752613212 which I placed on 7th March 2016 through IRCTC mobile app. Although I placed cancellation request before preparedness of chart I haven't got any refund from IRCTC side as yet. Also the status was showing as "requested" as per inputs given by IRCTC customer support executive. While cancellation through mobile App it popped up an msg claiming train has already departed from the origin station and so need to file TDR.
I tried to file TDR through mobile app and it gave me some popped up message (which was not clear as to what it meant) since I didnt got any confirmation prompt from IRCTC I raised this concern timely (well before scheduled departure of train) to your customer support team on call.. and she confirmed me that the "ticket has been cancelled" and she also informed me that I ll get the confirmation of refund amount after 24 hrs. On further query raised on 13th March, IRCTC executive informed me that my cancellation is still in requested state.
With all this info I approached IRCTC to request refund , they denied saying refund cudnt be process as maximum time for TDR filing has expired ignoring the fact that I did applied for TDR by their mobile app and "IRCTC executive" confirmed me with its "status on call" that the request has been taken. Now IRCTC is simply denying to take any ownership of this failed request for which I was never prompted by them infact they are now not even responding to my mails for its resolution even when I supported my stand with valid proofs
