Transaction ID:100001161733091. in r/o failed IRCTC booking. Date: 17 Feb 2018, frm: NDLS to; BKSC. Amount Rs.4320/- + Rs.5.90 PG charges and GST. through ZAAKPAY PG. Transaction failed due to non availability of at least one lower berth. Amt showing refunded to ZAAKPAY PG but not credited to my bank account till date.
