CARELESSNESS OF RLWY, AUTHORITIES train being 6 to 9 hrs late without intimation

I HAD RESERVED TICKETS FOR 14257 KASHI VISHWANATH EXPRESS, FROM SPN/LKO TO NDLS. BUT TRAIN IS COMING 6-9HRS LATE at SPN (U.P.) RLWY STATION ON ALMOST EACH FRIDAY FROM 1 JUNE-15JULY 2016 AND THERE IS NO ANY PRIOR MECHANISM BY RAILWAY AUTHORITIES TO INTIMATE TO RESERVED TICKET PASSENGERS. I FACED IT FOUR TIMES PERSONALLY, IN TERRIBLE RAINY SEASON ,MISSED MY DUTY ,I PUZZLED TOO MUCH and MENTALLY HARASSED.WHEREAS, IF IT IS REGULAR PROBLEM OF TRACK/RACK OF RAILWAY AT PARTICULAR ROUTE ,IT SHOULD BE WELL INFORMED TO GENERAL PUBLIC/CONSUMERS NOT ONLY THROUGH VARIOUS MEDIA BUT ALSO TO PASSENGERS ON THEIR REGISTERED MOBILE NOS GIVEN BY THEM WHILE RESERVATION.IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL AND REGRETTABLE TO SHARE SO MANY SUCH EXPERIENCES OF INDIAN RAILWAYS IN TODAY'S ERA OF INFORMATION TECH AND E-GOVERNANCE,WHICH IS WIDELY CLAIMED BY IT THROUGH VARIOUS PLATFORMS. I WANT JUSTICE FOR THIS.
