Railways cancelled train, not refunded money

Hi,

IRCTC booking for Train: 12555, 21-Feb-2016, 3A, GKP - NDLS was cancelled by Railways. The train was cancelled by Railways due to Jaat Andolan. The amount should have been automatically reversed.

There was no communication from Railways to file TDR. Moreover this type of refund is the responsibility of Indian Railways not the customer.
