We shifted in new address in karnal city in haryana 4 months back , and from past 4 months I am unable to use prepaid 4g internet on my no 7988614055 as the speed is Very Less I am getting a lot of problem regarding this gave complaint to jio care also but they are not giving any solution what should I do ?
