Sub : Transfer of Internet Connection
I am P P Pandit, my user id is pp108_adi, registered mobile is 9727791974, Mail Id ppp.sidhpur@gmail.com Account No.BB0006270641.

I booked request to transfer my said connection from Gandhidham to Surat on 10th March which was not executed and subsequently again booked on 11th March 2020. I continuously in contact with your staff and every time they says within One hour our person will come and contact you (but unfortunately that one hour is not finished till today 18.03.2020). Yesterday when I phoned to know my status they told me that my all previous requests are closed, due to no address in request, if fact every time I use to give my address and today I anoide and told your person to write my address on your frontwall.
Today again I am asked to register new request. Sir, is it fare ? Your staff’s working is like early 70s stile. Yesterday’s my request no. is 4682250. I surpriced how my request is closed without informing me ? Sir, should I share my experience with public and media or should I take legal action ?
Herewith I am marking this mail to counsumer court and jago grahak jago. Tis is for your Information and reqd. action at your end pl. Total calls from my site with my different 3 Nos. are 8.
