HI Have purchased a broad band connection of gtpl on December 2019 from that to today i have get an continues connectivity problem of my connection i also filed many complains .some times they close the complain tickets before solving the issues. my whole work depend on this net connectivity and because of this 3rd class pathetic service i loss my 2 client i am complaining all the day but always they take 1 to 2 days to solve . what should i do a just in mentally stress due to this and also because i am not able to give good service to my clients because of gtpl connectivity.
