I have a gtpl company broadband connection. Since 06.11.2019 my internet connection is not working. On 07.11.2019 a person came to my place to check and he left without solving it. Till time nobody has contacted me and not even explained me what exactly they are doing to solve my problem.
I have called to customer care and every time they asked me to wait for 24 hours.
I wrote an email to appellate authority but they also silent.
