I have registered for airlink Broadband connection since almost half and year but their services are ruthless. Now I am suffering from a critical problems like since last 10 days my internet connection is not working. And I registered a complaint but they are giving proper response to me. Even I went to there service centre but get unsatisfied replay and also I called many times but they don't have time to answer my calls. Even some times they answered but in final they did not give satisfied replays.
So I would like get half of my mony back otherwise need more grace of internet plan or proper service from there.

My wifi doesn't work for 7 days consequently and the operator doesn't take my complaint seriously. . by Ramesh Lad:

We use wifi for better connectivity. But subscribing to airlink for that purpose was a wrong decision. They don't answer my calls and if they do they don't answer the calls properly and they reply rudely. We pay money and they claim to give network but if they can't provide it, I want my money back. This is the second time I had a problem in my importance meetings because of the network.
Please help me get my money back.
