Airlinkcpl.net Broadband service is very poor

This company's internet stops working every other day and sometimes doesn't work for few days straight and even when it is working it has poor connectivity, it stops working at any time and starts working after 10 minutes and it happens multiple times. When we call customer service they give unsatisfactory reasons for the problem. Their server goes down and line gets problem every week. I have faced it multiple times that during connectivity problem when we call them through out the day to check status of complain they give different reasons everytime for the problem. Plus their customer service barely picks up call before trying it for 6-7 times.
We don't have any other internet service provider (Wi-Fi provider) in our area, so we have no choice other than using their WiFi.
I hope you guys will take any action against it cause it is not only my complain, it is a complain from like more than 7-8 users of this company's WiFi in our neighborhood.
