Poor service and no complaint resolution - Gtpl Cable TV Operator

I have a 30 Mbps plan from GTPL
They are not providing the provided speed of internet
From last 3-4 days when I mistakenly reset the router and because the settings has been changed the internet is not working.
I am continuously complaining in their coustomer care but no resoulution still
And they are sending me the msgs that the problem has been solved and complaint is closed
