On 01-01-2019, I have purchased a broadband plan from GTPLC PVT. Ltd. worth Rs. 5500 which would provide me 40mbps speed. It was initiated on 4 January 2019. But it was found that the speed they provide wasn't as per the terms are given on their cash receipt. For this I have been complaining many times through calling on their customer care number as well as to a person (Mr. Amit solanki) who is working as salesperson for the said company. I do have all the proofs of complaints as well as slow speed internet. This is deemed to be a violation of the consumer act. So I wish to you to intervene in such fraud and facilitate me to get my money (5500Rs) back at the earliest.
