After many complain regarding cable cut not providing service connection

As per my complaint I want to new internet connection so, I was go to the GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. dealer and I paid money Rs. 4900/- on the date of 19th October, 2018 to GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. dealer and he had give me a collection receipt.
I have call to dealer many times every days but he will be delayed every day by giving a statement "Tomorrow I will definitely provide connection" and then after he was give me a connection but improper way “he said to me Today I don’t have a drilling machine so, he enter the cable through my office main door and he also told me tonight when you close your office at that time plug out cable and put beside of your office I will had come tomorrow and enter this cable in your office through drilling” but after that day no one is coming for drilling and one day Dog was cut the cable. Then after I do a complain many times to dealer and GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. Customer care but no one is give me a service regarding above matter.
So, no one is listening my complain regarding my new internet connection.
Please do some necessary help regarding the above matter.
