I requested them to transfer my internet connection on AUGUST 13, 2018. I also paid transfer amount fees which I should pay an amount it is Rs. 560/- but. still, I didn't get any response from them to shift location & I also dropped a mail about it & even they are not giving any feedback. I tried with their service & support, Now I want a refund from them, too & they are not giving a refund
