GTPL broadband - Frequent disconnection of internet service

Respected sir/ma'am;
I have been facing issue of no internet connection very frequently from GTPL.
Every now and then their internet service is down and whenever I call toll free number their only reply is "Sir, maintenance activity is going on so internet will be down for sometime" that is often for 8-10 hours in a day.This problem occurs on regular basis almost every week.We have already paid INR 5000 for one year subscription.They are not providing proper service.
I request you to kindly help me with this issue.
