Me Hiren Desai, using You Broadband internet Services in Surat. From the last few days service of You broadband has been stopped due to some technical problem of You Broadband. Me complusery required internet service because of my business work. I called frequently & frequently to You Broadband Surat customer care number & also complaint via mobile app. But they didn't resolve my complaint even within 10 days and there is no response from You Broadband nodal officers. Nobody is coming to repair fault. I asked for cancellations of connection & for refund but they told me it will take 45 days for refund. Their CC number got busy most of times & it's large harrassment. I want legal action against You Broadband Surat. Please help me for procedure to file petition against You Broadband for my business losses mental harrassment.
