We went there to enroll for aadhar in Jalahalli Village center of Bangalore one.
There is only 1 lady working even though there are 3 desks. The lady is not well informed of the procedures and gave false info of needing only EB bill, when we stood in line having print out of EB bill for over 3 hrs she mentioned she needs original EB bill. Why waste so much time !!! This is exactly the reason why inspite of govt introducing novel things people loose interest due to ground staff not being proper.
We want action to be taken on this lady at this center.
We visited the Jalahalli Village center Bangalore One on 27th Jan 2018 between 11 am to 2 Pm.
Extremely poor service and bad attitude of staff sitting at the first desk in the entrance.
