this is once again same complain as before still there is no any effect

No.: +91 9825590350 Name: Navneet Savaliya Address: Shop No.3, Plot No.17 Arjun Nagar-2 Near Kargil Chowk, Punagam-395010, Surat,Gujarat Unfortunately i have to ask you for refund my amount and close my internet connection service as its been not working properly for all time, there is no kind of technical support from city broadband so i need help from you once again so please help me out to find out how can take action against them, internet is never work properly, call centre executives r liar and always give diff excuse, if you call them and tell them out network regarding problem, and if u made five diff call then all of have diff diff excuses and how can it is possible for 1 problem have diff diff process, if there is somthing commen in it thats ' problem will be short out withing 24hr working hrs' and then after three days they will reapet same 24hr line, so now i tired from this service so i want close down as soon as possible as there is no help from care service and they told me if i want to take refund then there is only way is have to to mail, so i m doing mail once again and these time i want my refund and immediate action, as i baught new internet connection line because i have almost all r important works to do and its not possible without internet and cc broadband internet is almost dead all time and if is working then there is not speed regarding my plan which is i baught and i paid for it. Please take prompt action and help me out to get solution, As i am dam sure that i dont want connection of them in any condition, and i read all t&c of company and here there is not any kind of mistakes from my side, and all mistakes occurs by them and its continuously and repeated again and again and most effective things is there is no solution from them anytime and if problems occurs they took minimum 3 days and if we dont call them then they will never come after 3 days as well, i have call them everyday and explain problem again and again and every times when i call them and its min 3 times a day i have to call them, i dont understand for what i paid money to them, to face problem or call them or what?? its my humble request if you can not provide service or connection then please close down, as because of your mistake i m getting very serious problem in my business and i cant do conference call properly and call is out side India so very bad image is created to them and its just because of your third class pathetic service and now i cant take usually so please pay my money back and then after your company do whatever have to do. Now i like to take refund and want to file case against them under section of government law, as details r given by executive is fake, its shows by system 'dosnt exist' Thanks 9624860006
