We have AIRLINK internet connection from last 9 months during this time we have so many times the connection problem, all that times we book our complaints but it will be solved not properly.
From last one week , we have too much problem in running connection and we daily book our complaints but the booking staff behavior is very bad always answer , it will be solve in 3 working days.......
We are corporate and our business through out india and overseas , we really need continuous connection availability but we have too much problem with AIRLINK connection.
Still this moments we are suffering problem but the AIRLINK has no time and staff to resolve our problem.
We request to AIRLINK, if they cant provide proper service , AIRLINK should refund us our full advance payment.
