Hello,
I am Mukesh Sachdev, using Tikona Broadband since a year, my Tikona service Id is 1114492804. In starting there was no service or any other issue. But after 6-7 months I was facing speed issue frequently. I did complaint to them. But there was no solution after that.
Therefore I didn't paid their bill, So they stopped the service and they were calling often to pay a higher amount.
When they stopped the service without informing, I asked them to start service I will pay the amount what I have used. They were demanding Rs.1300 and finally they agreed to pay Rs.400.
I asked them to restart the service then I will pay, but they didn't.
After it I never used or they never restarted the internet service but still they are send me Bills every month.
Now they have sent me a Legal Notice to pay Rs.2000 or they will file a case against me. Actually I have to pay only Rs.400 what I have used.
Kindly solve this issue and teach them lesson that they are not providing good service yet demanding to pay wrong bill amounts.
