I have a 6 MBPS unlimited broadband plan for a year.

After i paid the money,during first few months,speed was as it should be,around 6 MBPS,up to July month,now it has gone down around 4.5 to 5 MBPS,i never get more than 5 MBPS speed.

Been complaining for whole month,they kept saying that it will be resolved until now,but today,they said that the speed will be the same,I won't get 6 MBPS for which i paid the money.
