Well I have been using GTPL Hathway internet Provider since 3 years and recently been facing a problem with service (ex. Internet issues every couple of hours )
NO technician visit and was without internet for 9 days and when asked for refund and got answer not in company policy and no customer satisfaction so end up in big loss
