AIRLINK internet service all time service problem and rude behavior of phone operators

the internet break down happens every month and this time from 10 days the internet is not working. phone operator tells every time that technician will come by the evening and no actions have been take. there are no senior person to talk with and operator talks in rudely manner. now I want to cancel the plan and receive the remaining amount and they said they don't have the return policy
