Loss of internet connection every week and poor customer support service

we registered complain about loss of internet connection on 25th September and after calling twice a time in a day the connection can on 1st Oct around 6PM and on next day around 12 noon again connection gone. It's been very frustrating for us to deal with their staff and lodging complain every second day.
