This is with reference to the complaints that I have been addressing for 3 months (1st complaint date 11th June 2020, reference docket no. 1380046). I have complained again and again about the same issue of connectivity failure regarding internet services provided by your esteemed company Ishan Netsole Pvt. Ltd. at my home has not yet resolved and on calling customer care, they even denied to give refund or even ask for it.
