DEAR SIR, A VERY GOOD DAY TO YOU. I AM WRITTING THIS COMPLAIN AGAINST GTPL { A INTETNET PROVIDING COMPANY }. WE PAID THEM THERE ANNUAL PLAN IN ADVANCE AND WE GET THERE WEEKLY 2-3 TIMES NETWORK LOSS ISUUES AND THERE AFTER WE WRITE MANY COMPALAINTS AGAINST THEM ,BUT OUR ISSUES ARE NOT SOLVED YET. WE ARE FEELING HELPLESS AND CHEATED BY THIS COMPANY WITH SUCH A HORRIBLE SERVICES. WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND BRING A GREAT SOLUTION FOR US. WE ARE EXPORT AND IMPORT DOING COMPANY AND INTERNET IS OUR PRIMARY NEEDS. WITHOUT IT WE CAN NOT OPEATES OUR OFFICES AND AS A RESULT WE ARE UNABLE TO COMMUNICATES WITH OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS.
