Broadband not installed- refund money

I have paid 6000/- rs to GTPL executive Ankit Prajapati in july month but after that they refused for broadband service so i asked for refund of money so they told me thay money will be refunded in 7 days. But i have not received any money since 2 month and ankit prajapati is not respinding to my call so please help me to get the refund.
