I have a Broadband Plan of GTPL Hathway Limited, MY USER ID h_g208 and since 03 or 04 months their service was interrupted continuously, I have been filed online Request so many times to Resolve the Problem Permanently, but No improvement, No Permanent Solution regarding my issue. My Son is preparing for the NEET Exam-2020 Nowadays, You understand that How can he prepare for the EXAM when everything is online. He is totally Disturb and asks me to take NEW BROADBAND Connection, But Sir after LOCKDOWN nowadays I am unable to afford the same. I request you to Kindly File my Complaint and and ask them to REFUND MY AMOUNT and also the mental Harassment faced by Me and My Son. Also make a Penalty of HANDSOME AMOUNT , SO In future BROADBAND COMPANY LIKE GTPL Hathway Limited better Know , How to provide their Good Service .
