No Internet connection and taken money

I had requested jio Fibre executive to Install jio fibre on 14-08-2020, He registered myself and received 3500 from through online link mode. The jio Fibre team Came and they installed the jio connection, for time being jio internet worked properly but after few hours internet stopped working. I called on Customer care number for more than 6 times and they are not giving me specific time and date for engineer to visit for reinstallation. When I asked them for Refund they are saying your 1000 rs will be deducted for installation charges, but they have not intalled the connection properly. They are also not connecting me to their senior authority, I am facing alot of problem and requesting to take strict action against them and order them to pay my full refund.
