I am Ravi Mishra from Indore MP i would like you to help me against TIKONA Internet service provider. I bought a connection from tikona and paid money in advance for three months but connection didnt work for 10 days properly and after 10 or 15 days it stops working i called several times to their customer care but no one listen to me they were always asking for more time to rectify problem. after all their effort my problem was not solved i asked for help almost every person local, outsiders service providers but all misbehaved and no buddy help . atlast i asked them to stop my service s and refund me my remaining money but they refused and asked me to complete a billing cycle while i was not able to use services when i asked for refund they are not giving me money and asking me to deposit their equipments i dont trust them so i refused . now they have sent me a bill of rs. 1500 which is i am unbale to understnd for wht and now they are threatening me that they will file a case against me for non payment. plz help
