i mr. hitesh v. shah medical policy holder of policy no P/900000/01/2018/000012, i bought this policy of RS. 500000/- (FIVE LAKHS) through jio. my father got the problem of paralyses stroke in the right side of his body. that time we got the treatment from sanjivani hospital in virar and wockhardt hospital at miraroad east, dist thane,maharashtra, we had admitted him at 2nd sept 2018 at 11.45 pm. till 5 sept.2018. during this time we had paid the amount of Rs.74916.45(SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN AND PAISA FORTY FIVE) to wockhardt hospital and 8200/-(EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED) paid to sanjivani hospital, medicine , CT SCAN,and ambulance charges. we informed to the insurance company when we admitted to my father vinod chandra k shah also we submitted all document of all treatment to star health and allied insurance against my claimed amount of rs. 85000/- (eighty five thousand). they provide me Rs 21000/- (twenty one thousand) only and the insurance company did not replied me properly during the claim process. now i am not happy with this amount.
