I have purchased ICICI Lombard car insurance policy on 2nd Jun 2017 due to some technical issue payment debited twice from my account, i have received extra payment from the bank, Policy was the issue to me against my initial payment and at the time of policy renewal i came to know that there is no valid policy exist for my car, i enquire and came to know that they have cancelled the issue policy due to some payment issue, i checked with bank and came to know that payment received by ICICI Lombard, I raise the concern to ICICI Lombard and they accept their mistake and ready to return my money but till the time I did not receive any amount, also I want to put charges against ICICI Lombard company for holding my money for more than year and not issuing me the valid policy, Please help me.
