On 28/05/2017, I filed for the claim as I broke my mobile screen. I had purchased the policy from oneassist. The price of the mobile was Rs.8999 and they said that screen replacement cost is Rs. 7778 so they will not change the screen rather they will provide me some 5000rs. First question is how for a mobile of Rs.8999, the screen change cost is Rs.7778. This is a complete scam from oneassist. Even after that they did not refund me the amount. I was in loss eventually.
