MY HUSBAND WAS BEEN ADMITTED FOR STOMACH PAIN IN HIRANANDAI HOSPITAL FROM MARCH 28TH TO 1ST APRIL 2018. SINCE i HAVE A COMPANY MEDICAL CLAIM.

ON PRODUCING THE CLAIM TO BAJAJ ALLIAN; IT WAS BEEN DENAIL THRICE INSPITE OF THE TREATING DOCTORS CONSENT SENT TO THEM THROUGH HOSPITAL DURING HUSBAND'S STAY.

AFTER CONSTANTLY FOLLOWING-UP WITH THEM FROM APRIL 6TH TILL DATE HAVE RECEIVED ONE MAIL ON 13TH APRIL AS BELOW "

"Currently, your service request is under process. We request you to allow us an additional 2 days to resolve your query. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you."

AFTER THIS MAIL TILL TODAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM BAJAJ.

REQUEST YOUR INTERVENTION TO GET MY REIMBURSEMENT ATMOST POSSIBLE.

ON RECEIPT OF YOUR REPLY WILL PRODUCE ALL THE EVIDENCE FORWARDED TO BAJAJ FOR REFUND.
