Hello I am Vivek Kumar from Delhi I have purchased TVS Jupiter from TVS Subharwal Budh vihar Delhi.On dated 01.06.2020 I met with an accident and now I am claimed for the same but no supportive attitude shown from TVS service center staff. My 2hr tym wasted their and now they told me that they don't have any cashless contract with insurance company they asked me to give money before claim or repair.
They don't tell any thing about cashless scheme during purchasing they hide the information and cheated on me.In service center no complaint box, no printer they asked me to do all things by my self. When I was reached service center they asked more document like cheque and insurance form...this is not write
I also Called TVS toll free number but they are least interested in Thier customer and no reply till time
