Hi Team,
First of all many thanks to making customer fool or making fun of the customer by the max life sales team member Dinesh Chauhan and his supervisor sushil kumar .
If this type of services and wrong information given by the sales team member to the customer for the sake of completing his monthly targets then I don't think that this company will maintain No 1 ranking in Term life plan also will loose the customers. I have all the phone recording with me in which I had a word with Dinesh and Sushil kumar. I don't think that I missed something from my end in terms of fulfilling the company guidelines.
It seems to me that they are not aware about the company guidelines because whatever information they have given to me I have followed the same. From Last 10 days I have been asking this question from Dinesh and Sushil that why my policy is not approved. Dinesh is blaming Sushil and Sushil said Sir Dinesh has done fraud with few more customers and I was not aware about this . Dinesh said to me medical appointment always be fix by the supervisor permission, Sushil is lying. I am not sure what's going on in your company. I know its your internal matter but this matter has impacted me a lot..
I would like to ask if anything is missing from my part then why you have done the medical and why you have taken the money in advance. Which process are you following? It completely shows that team just want to achieve target at any cost.
Your representative represents your company, if anyone of the representative is giving the wrong information to the company then customer is not liable for this. Don't think that customer is a football and you can play with him as per your convenience level.
you guys have been harassing me and also doing torture. Now I don't want any excuse from your end. My request is to give me the approved policy documents with Section 80C document. you guys have already given me a mental harassment.
Just for your information I am from legal background and I haven't done anything wrong. Your sales team done wrong with me and I have all the proofs which I can show it to anyone. This time I am not included CFPB , PGMS team and any newspaper also not copying this mail to consumer court site.
If you guys don't resolve this from your end then I have to report this from the legal channel.
You guys are life saver. So do the same.
